Asus Fan Xpert 2 and 0rpm

Hi,
in Asus H87i-plus with Fan Xpert 2 I'd like to set to 0rpm the cpu fan until 50 or 60 degrees: after, the fan starts at 800-1000-1200rpm: it's possible?

Specs: i3-4130t and Noctua nh-l9i
