Question ASUS Flashback Not Working and Not Led blinking

Please Guide me
My Friend bought : PRIME B450M-A II
And want to update bios because not working with CPU
But when he try to use flash usb for updating , After hold 3 sec then there is no any blinking , And Led just on without any blinking
he wait about over 1 hour but nothing change
he use another usb and try other port but still not blinking
and want to say format is fat32
So would you please guide , and what is the Problem ?

What cpu are you trying to upgrade the BIOS for and to which BIOS version? I see on your motherboards support page, when updating the BIOS, there are instructions to rename the BIOS file before flashing, did you do this?

Thank you , the problem is fixed , after flash usb convert from gpt to mbr then problem fixed

But there is another problem , CPU is : Amd 4600g
the problem is no any Display on Monitor , we update Bios and we thought problem will be fix but after updating still no any display on monitor

So did you flash it to version 3211? Are you using the HDMI port for the monitor?
