[SOLVED] Asus folder is a mess, what are these files ?

My Asus folder in Program Files(x86) is a mess, should I delete these? I didn't install any of them except AI Suite 3 and Asus Tweak 2

Are we dealing with a desktop or a laptop? If a laptop or a prebuilt desktop, did you find the folder in existence out of the box? If so, then you can uninstall the apps instead of deleting them. If you didn't install them, very likely that the OS installed them for you when you finished installing your OS, assuming you're on the system for the first time and installed the OS yourself.

its a desktop and i did not install them i am really confused it installed a thing called armoury crate by itself but it was a broken pos so i tried to uninstall but these are the folders that it left behid

windows 10 will install it as it was likely supplied to them by Asus to be installed with windows on any Asus mb it goes with.

also, some bios can pre load drivers onto your system without Internet being needed. It might have been the bios that installed it.

Install automatically on first boot up

4. Restart the system to complete the uninstallation.

found the tool but now it fails to uninstall halfway and keeps saying retry what a mess I don't know what I should do ?

hope it doesn't reload them. might need to figure out what is telling it to run on startup if that is case.

I assume its possibly Asusupdater.sys, I haven't seen it in action before.

Task Scheduler - i think if you untick AI SuiteIII it might be enough, i think the 2 under it are part of it.
Services - untick AsusUpdateCheck
the rest should be okay

if you find I am wrong, you can untick them all. But if ai Suite isn't running, the rest shouldn't

ok wıll try but ı just want the unınstall tool to work or remove Asus fıles that ı don't need
they are completely bloatware on top of thatçtheyçareçreallyö broke

Asus always seem to load extras on their PC, the fact bios auto suggests the program on 1st start is just an extra annoyance.

I remember reading about it and wondering, how long before I see it. It wasn't that long

auto runs can uninstall them if you don't want them at all.

UNticking just stops them running with windows (I just noticed your edit), but if a program needs the drivers it can still run them.
