asus formula maximus no post red led lit

Hi Can someone pl help I have an Asus formula maximus LGA 775 Q6600 Build. I was changing teh RAM and the board stopped POSTing The 3 LED's are lit and after a while left on, it beeps. 1 long and two short. could someone pl help is my MoBo Fried ??

1 long, 2 short is typically a video problem.

I would suggest working through this list:

And ensure you haven't bumped anything.

It's a ram issue. Remove and place one at a time.
