Asus Formula xi A9 code

Hello
I build a new pc (Intel i9 9900k, Asus Formula xi, Asus Rog 2080 Ti).
When I plug HDMI cable to the gpu the pc don`t boot and the motherboard give a9 code, but if I plug the HDMI cable to the onboard gpu It boot normally. I tried to move the gpu to anther pci slot and I updated the motherboard bios but not fixed.
Then I connected the HDMI cable to the onboard gpu and install windows, then connected the HDMI cable to Asus gpu, it worked fine inside the windows but it don`t boot the bios.
Any suggestion?

Check if 2080ti may use low resolutions @HDMI. Maybe your monitor have some specific modes.

It`s 4k. I use Tv as a monitor

I don`t have monitor yet. I can try with another Tv.
