Asus FX5800 Overclockability?

A friend of mine is planning to buy an Asus PV9900 FX5800 graphics card, since it's pretty cheap from the retail seller of where he's buying it. He's just wandering what kind of PSU would he need his system is an 2500+, A7N8X, and Kingston Value Samsung chip PC3200 ram, and the Maxtor Diamond Plus9 80G hdd. The real question is, is the FX5800 locked from being overclocked? and If anybody has overclocked it, how far have you gone?

I hate Computers! My Sapphire 9800pro core/mem speed won't go above 490/790. I really hate computers!

It shouldn't be locked... but as you might know the NV30 (FX5800) is a real hot-head... in other words it produces an insane amount of heat. So unless you add some really good cooling you probably wont get it high.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM 😱
