I just bought s asus g11 cd model with a h110 mobo.
It have : 2 TB Harddrive, 16gb ddr4 ram, nvidia gtx 960.

I did some research on the pc and i founded some that I don't understand on that site :
http://ark.intel.com/m/products/90590/Intel-GL82H110-PCH#@product/specifications

Below " expansion option" it say : pci-e revision 2.0 ?
Whats that mean ? I got a 3.0 pci express with my gtx 960... Where that 2.0 come from?

Everything under " expansion option " i just dont get it ? Also DIMM per chanel .m, i got only 1 instead of 2 for alot of mobo ? Whats that mean? Can somebody explain , will be very appreciated

Any new H110 series motherboard has a PCI-e 3.0 slot for the GPU, so don't worry about that.

The 1 DIMM per channel just means you only have 2 memory slots (1xCHa, 1xCHb). Memory will run in dual channel mode if both slots are populated, otherwise it will run in single channel mode (in real life you really won't notice a difference).
