Question Asus G513QC Laptop slows internet to 1mpbs when charger is plugged in, screen display changes ?

Hey guys Ive got an issue when charging this laptop the internet is basically so slow, but when i unplug charger it changes power plan and internet works.
I've done everything in power plan, A lot of people have had the same problem but the fixes don't work for me on Windows 11.

Asus G513QC Laptop
Asus Rog Strix RTX 3050
AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
16GB RAM

Any help please would be appreciated this is urgent
