ASUS G750JM: GPU/General Cooling Fans Not Registering after Repair

The hard drive in my ASUS ROG G750JM burned out. I took it to the PC repair place in town, whom I researched and saw incredibly high reviews for, to get a new HD put in.
I hated Windows 8.1 (the "factory" installed O.S.), so I paid them for a copy of Windows 7(x64) Home Premium, and to have them install it clean with nothing retrieved from the old drive.
Now I'm running hot, and notice the fans aren't kicking in like they did prior to repairs. I have downloaded a few utilities, and none of them seem to be recognizing my fans, GPU or otherwise...
I am a professional DJ and this machine is my livelihood.
Help, and feel free to break it down into layman-speak!

Well, are the fans all plugged in? If so, you might have to take the PC back to where it was repaired and ask them what they did.

I'm not going to open this up unless I have an EXACT fix for this problem. I can make it into the place tomorrow, because they are closed Sundays, but it would be a REALLY nice thing to get solved so I can go back to working on my laptop. I've been off-studio production for two days in the middle of writing an end-of-summer EP and also getting a set ready for the Horror-Con in Orlando in a month+.
Two days is a LONG time with the amount of stuff I have on the table right now.

The ROG-G750JM has some sort of smart-software that controls the fans when system-intensive processes are being run. Now the fans BARELY run, and none of the peripheral programs I've tried (ASUS GPU Tweak, SpeedFan, MSI Afterburn) allow me to change anything relating to my fans (as though there weren't any hooked up).
I can't imagine the repair-guy needed to touch ANYTHING related to my fans in replacing a HDD and doing a fresh install of Windows 7(x64).

I have every intention of taking your common sense advice, should it happen that I can't troubleshoot and learn myself before tomorrow.

I REALLY believe this is simply an issue of needing to enable something in a way that isn't factory-default, and possibly needing a 3rd party program to pick up where the factory-loaded ASUS utilities aren't applicable to the build anymore.
BASICALLY, I need to figure out how to get this specific lappy to read that the fans ARE hooked up, and to run them accordingly, hopefully with a little user-friendly wiggle room.
Couldn't hurt to ask and learn, eh?

yea sounds like you need to take the machine back and have them look to make sure they hooked the fans back correctly. Everyones hate for Windows 8 i just dont get it. Get a program like start 8, or just hit the desktop app tile bam done. Windows 7 only supports upto 16gb of ram so hopefully you wont have to upgrade past that.
