Asus G751JY worth it?

i know there are a lot of thread similar to this but prices are lower now... so please just let me know if it is really worth getting the JY model.

G751JT is at $1299 at amazon with this specs:
Intel Core i7-4720HQ 2.6GHz (turbo up to 3.6 GHz). 16 GB RAM.
1 TB 7200RPM Hard Drive.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M with 3GB DDR5 VRAM (G-Sync)
17.3" IPS FHD matte display (1920x1080) with built in G-sync hardware.

and the JY version at $1,568:
Same Specs with JT but with these additions:
+ 128 GB Solid State Drive.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M with 4GB DDR5 VRAM (G-Sync)

Is the price difference worth it?

Looking to using it for daily use... with photo and video editing. Not so much with games but id like to think that when i wanna play a graphic intensive game... my machine can handle it

if u do have a pc a desktop for games i would jst stick with the jt

i do have a desktop pc but its a regular machine (i5 with on board video and 4gig ram) and not for gaming. i constantly find myself having to work at home with an old Macbook which is so slow.

that is why i wanna get a machine that is more than capable just in case... i would get the JL version but the red vents on the JY and JT are just awesome!

since u dnt have a gaming pc i would go with the htx 980m since it runs anything and u will be able to play anything for a while without any disappointments
