I'm reading your specs and it says you have a 5200 already???

The 4200 will perform better than the 5200...eventhough the 5200 is a 'DX 9' card, it can't really run any serious DX9 apps, and neither can the 4200, so that's a wash....

Depending on what you have to spend, you might want to look a little higher, so as to make your new purchase last a little longer, and to widen the gap from your current card. A Radeon 9600XT would be nice in that rig, maybe an FX 5700 Ultra if you want to stick to Nvidia.

Anything more and you are looking at some serious $Jack$....

The 5200 sucks. It can't run dx9 games and will struggle horribly.
