Both cards are almost the same, other than one has 3 fans. Which one is made better? The dual has Axial-tech fan design features a smaller fan hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure. All that is just marketing scheme "Axial Fan", "Dust Resistance", "Quiete Sleeve Bearing".. Its truly not quite at all when fan spin when your GPU Temp reach 70 in gaming. You can hear them.

2 or 3 Fans dont matter on GPU, it depend on your case air flow. If you lack airflow on your case, that 3 Fan GPU spread heat faster around your case compare to a 2 Fan GPU. I experienced it myself, i thought 3 Fan would make GPU cooler back then, but its not.. It just depend on your case air flow.
