my specs are :- i7-4770 @3.40GHz, 8.00 GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB, Gigabyte H81M-S motherboard, running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
I have no idea how to set up this Asus gpu tweak. I want to overclock my GPU so I can be able to play ARK : survival evolved and similar games like that.
If anyone can provide a screenshot of some optimal settings for my gpu of gpu tweak that would be helpful. Thanks.

Solution
In the sliders to the left are factory settings determined as 'safe to OC %' by Asus. Kind of like how a cpu has a turbo allowance being a safe bet. By using that check you circled, you are basically unlocking the gpu to allow for OC over the factory safe settings, so power target would raise from 10% to 25% available etc. If you leave it blank, you'll only get minimal OC availability
There really aren't any optimal gpu OC settings as every gpu is different and react differently. Take my Asus 66pti for example. Raised clocks and memory, no problems, decided for higher cloaks and memory, so raised the power. 1%-9% no worries, all numbers climbing quite well. 10%, 11%, 12%, 13% all bunk, causing gpu resets, bluescreens, shutdowns etc. I'm thinking 9% is it. On a disheartened whim, tried 14% and the gpu is screaming! Currently, its getting just higher numbers than a stock Gigabyte 960 G1. That's a nice gpu OC on an already decent OC gpu. Didn't expect problems at 9%-13%, or as later tried 15%+. 14% is the sweet spot. I'm using GpuTweak 2, built for ROG and top line Asus gpus, not the 660ti, so my screens are different to regular GpuTweak, sorry.

Either way, just raise clocks a little, test, repeat till you get artifacts, back off a little. Then do the same for memory. Then raise power a little, try clocks again, repeat. When all that tops out, raise voltage very slightly, and back to clocks, memory, power. Repeat all this as often as required, until you artifact no matter what you raise. Step everything down 1 notch and test hard. If no artifacts, you have basically topped out the OC potential.

I did not really understand your answer though can you explain this feature of gpu tweak in the image I uploaded? should I keep it on or off?

If you didn't understand my answer, you aren't ready to OC your gpu without further research into what compromises a gpu overclock. All gpu OC procedures are the same, no matter what brand software is used, there isn't an 'easy button' that'll magically OC a gpu as such as every gpu is different. 2 identical gpus can have different clock speeds, different memory speeds, different power targets etc, so any 'raise my gpu performance' aren't reliable and shouldn't be used. Do it manually.

If you don't do the homework and read/watch everything you can find on gpu OC, you'll run into issues. No matter what software is used, all gpus work the same, so names might change a little, but the affect is the same. Baby Steps is the only hard and fast rule, no drastic changes.
