Yes your motherbd will accept pretty much any PCIe GPU they make. If you are looking to lightly play newer games then you might want to look at a 1050 instead.

Asus has a boost clock of 1531Mhz. Msi is 1518.
The 13 Mhz difference will make no difference in gaming.

Choose the one that's easier or cheaper to have warrantied where you live.
