Does the Asus gt610 silent edition give any gaming performance with i3 2120,dh61ww,4gb ram(1066mhz), windows 8.1 pro, and monitor with resolution 1366x768

it's a basic graphic adapter, it's not meant for gaming.

The 610 is not even close to a gaming card and will have slightly better performance than the built in graphics on the motherboard.
You really need to look at the very least a X50 card.

The gt 610 is a very slow card that will offer little to no performance over your integrated graphics. What is your budget?
