As far as i know that card does not have a PCIE power connector, which means it cannot possibly draw more than 75W (the spec. limit for the PCIe slot). In actual use it is less. Graphics cards need +12V power. This means that a decent 200W PSU will likely be sufficient. OEM PSUs (e.g. Dell, Compaq, HP) would be able to handle it if they are at least 200W
