I have bought the Gtx 1070 to upgrade my gpu. I have figured out that I could not fit it on the motherboard. I do not know if I am placing it wrong, but I am sure that is not the case. So, does anyone know any motherboards that can help?

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Graphics Card:
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX OC Edition Graphic Card STRIX-GTX1070

Solution
The card should be in the slot closest to the cpu, that's a pcie x16 slot. Other slots common on mobo's are a simple pci slot, not the pci express, and are slightly shorter. Because of the size of those high performance gpus, sometimes it's necessary to remove the hdd cage directly in front of the card, install any cables that'll be under the card first etc.

The card also installs upside down.

Hmm. I did removed the PCI slots on the case. Also, I think case is not a problem I have plenty of space.
