Asus gtx 1080ti non oc and oc?

So i just bought the gtx 1080ti non oc version and i saw the oc one. I just want to ask what are differences between those 2? I knew the base clock, core clock are differents but what out?

Not certain. I am about to head out the door. For one you offered 2 possible GFX cards but neither have the full name. Who makes them? I have the EVGA 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid. Comparing my card to Nvidia's base reference model https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1080-ti/ and I can see the cooling solutions are different. One has a complete wrap-around shroud and the other does not. My card will run significantly cooler that the stock Nvidia 1080 Ti. That possibly means because my card will OC better but doesn't guarantee it. There may be other differences.
