asus gtx 460 green lines on screen

my asus gtx 460 just worked fine until last week i got aware that fan stops for 1 sec and starts again and crashes out of game and showing alert 4 driver failure and i thinked its software problem and after a week it crashed again and then bsod reset and after that i see horizontal green lines even in boot section is it from my vga or could it be from my power supply?
im using my onboard vga now and pc probe sometimes alert 4 vloatage error i dont now what should do (sry my eng isnt good) (-:

Seems your card is experiencing artifacting. What are the temps that your card is hitting. You might have a card that is overheating or a dying card. If the temps are high I recommend trying to change the thermal paste

ive set an alert for 80c but there wasnt any alert fot temp maybe it was from elecricty cuase there was power swing i have power protector but it dont function right is there chance thats problem is from power cuase i cant check my power any other place like my families
