asus gtx 550ti for $50

i'm planning on upgrading my pc which has a old e2220, 3gigs of ram and no dedicated gpu. i saw a asus gtx 550ti for $50 (inr.3500). should i pick up the 550ti for that price? or is it way overpriced?
