Asus gtx 650 compatibility?

i have core i7 2nd gen 250 watts psu 12 gb ram and currently with a amd radeon hd6450. I am open to suggestions. FYI i play mostly MOBA games such as DotA 2 and LoL. Any help is very much appreciated.

It is compatible but the 250watt PSU is to small.

And if those are already okay what else am i suppose to buy to assemble it? (ex. chords, adapters and etc)
