It should work but you will need a new PSU to be able to run it because it requires a 6-pin PCI connector for power.

To get a new psu I need a new mobo. So without upgrading the psu will it be able to run smoothly.

No. you cannot use that GPU if you do not upgrade the PSU. It will not have power and will not boot up.

Why do you need a new motherboard if you get a new PSU. I believe that is false.

You'd benefit from getting a new case and a new PSU. A PSU of 550W would suffice nicely.

One from XFX for instance. 500W would most likely also work just fine.

I am going to play high quality games and why do I need a new case.

Yes, just get the new PSU. It will work with your computer. Also, that GPU will only play low settings at 1080p. It is a lower end card. Don't expect high settings or anything close to it really.

Yes any GPU you add will need a better PSU. You want to get a 450w-500w PSU from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

Both of those are the same card and will perform MANY times better than the regular 650. They are very good cards.
