ASUS GTX 650 TI OC 1GB Issue!

So I just installed my cpu and all works fine but my graphics card isn't.
Fans are running, has a red light showing , connected vga and hdmi to it no output nor ANY Detection of the card under device manager and enabled an option to allow power to pci-x16 slot since it requires PCI 3.0
Now question is why it does that and is it becase I need to connect a power cord to it? There's a slot for it it's 4 or 6 pin slot.

You got it! The card won't function w/o the 6 pin header being fed +12V.

u gotta feed it the 6 pin, everything else will turn on just plugged into the MB, except for the display, lol. You kinda need that 6 pin connector, most all psu's should have an extra one for the GPU.

The GTX 650 ti does NOT need a pci-e 3.0 slot(works just fine in 1.1 and 2.0 from personal testing).

Connect the power as the above posters recommend and you should be set.

Problem is my motherboard doesn't have that 6 pin, and found out it's 350W , so now i gotta go to a shop.

You mean your PSU? If it is a good quality 350W, use the Molex adapter that came with the card. If you got the card used w/no adapter, you can buy one:
