Asus GTX 650 Ti support 4K for Browsing etc?

Hi All,

My client is looking to add 4K capabilities to his i7 based Dell XPS system.
He has an Asus GTX 650Ti which has a max resolution of 4096x2160.
His main reason for wanting a 4K system is so that he can browse the internet and watch Youtube videos in a better resolution.
Would this card support that and would he notice a satisfactory difference?

Yes it can, however it can only do that resolution at 24hz.
