Thinking of upgrading my 6950 to this

I'd go for the 760, it underperforms but it's REALLY cheap at the moment. Spend some money on something nice for yourself.

Yes it will.
Just bought the same card, at the same price from Scan.
Overclocks really well, 1240 boost, 7800 memory, 11060 points on 3d mark 11.
Or, faster than a gtx770 for about a hundred quid less.

Asus v gene, i5-3570k @ 4.7 samsung green 30nm @ 2000mhz cas9-10-10-28 T1.

This card is huge.
