Hello

I got an Asus GTX 750 ti a long time ago and I've just recently realized that it makes a very noticeable buzz when it's under load. I'm 100% sure its not the psu or any other component. It only happens between 30-80% fan speed. At any different speed there is no noise at all.

I've opened up the fans and tightened and loosened the screws, even placed some anti-vibrating sponge like thing below the plastic that hold the fan up but it made no difference.

I appreciate all the help i can get

Oh ok thats different. I bet its that the bearings in the fan have gone bad. Unfortunately replacing those fans is not as easy as going to the store and buying one. You may need to contact ASUS.
I used to think it was coil whine too but it's not a high pitched noise I'm getting. It's a low rattle like the fans are hitting something. I even checked which fan it is. It's the first fan.

I did check if the fan was hitting something but couldn't find anything.
