asus gtx 750ti oc monitor looks weird when playing intensive games

i tested two monitors so im certain is not a monitor issue anymore, i wanna know if theres a chance that maybe my graphic card is the one that is making this problem: so far ive tested on nioh and mass effect andromeda.

while this video is not mine this represent what im seeing threw my monitor and it only happens when im playing an intensive game as mentioned before.

im using vga port and no im not gonna test hdmi or dvi cause i dont have ports for those on my monitor nor getting a cable for those.

any solutions for this?

i tested on a tv with hdmi and it works just fine i dont see that flickering thing, so im guessing my gpu vga port is bad... is there a way to fix it?, if i continue to use that port in the state that it is would it eventually ruin my desktop monitor?

You can try to turn on Vsync in game options
Maybe it will work
