So, both cards are at the same price of 250 $.. not going for anything from 250$ + like r9 280x or whatever... done with amd for eveeerrr...

Probably. I'm not sure which Gigabyte model you are looking at. They both have the GTX760 chip, so they will perform nearly the same. Clock speeds and cooler would be the only difference. Assuming you don't care about the cooler, the one with the higher clock speeds will be faster. You could consider bundle as well if one comes with a game, or you need something in the bundle.

Im going for the Asus card because it has more vram.. i think it can overclock better and cools better also... same clock speed thought.. and the looks of the card are amazing.. love the backplate. And its also at 250$ its pretty much free.. same price like the gigabyte one..
