Will a corsair 860 PSU be enough to handle 2 of the above GPUs?

I already have one 780ti, I was just looking to slowly make an overkill rig. I am aware I will be needing to overclock my i7 3770k to enable full bandwith usage.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Absolutely! The Corsair 860 is a high end power supply...
No problem.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1200 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

I looked at that a thought it was for the reference cards. With the ASUS version being factory overclocked I thought it might be cutting it a little close with only 60W headroom.

Sorry, I should have linked the Asus DirectCU review. Only 1 watt more than the reference!

And same for the high-end Asus Matrix card.
