Question Asus gtx rog strix 1060 6gb shows line on monitor and dots(video)

My cousin gave me to test whather his gpu works still,he has been using his gpus for mining all are working but these when I open task manager I dont even see the name of gpu and utilization in the device manager there is yellow exclamation mark.
