Asus GTX285 problem

My card squeal when i start games during intro,but not when i play games.When i turn on Vsunc,the squeal is qiuet,but i still can hear it.My PSU is CM 460W Extreme Power .Can this damage my card?Please HELP?

I personally think a real 460W PSU can support gtx285, but gtx285 has a strict requirement on current output at 12V, if this spec is poor, it may has a chance to damage the card
