Asus gtx750 ti oc low frames on minecraft

Amd i10 7700k 3.8ghz
Asus gtx 750ti oc
8gb ramm

My computer fps on minecraft goes from 115 to 70 then 90 the goes up to 170 and when i play minigames it droppes to like 40 and 50 then goes up , anybody can help????

Are you running any mods? Many of those up the requirements for Minecraft quite a bit.

No no mods at all , just regular vanilla minecraft

whats the render distance your at? my gtx 560 ti(which is on par with 750 ti) only runs mine craft at 150-200 fps on average and I have a huge render (15 or 16 chunks) distance because I like seeing far away... also are you running stuff in the background??? I would not be worried because 40 fps is good but it could be driver related or if your playing on servers it could be an internet bottleneck... how good is your internet on your pc???

I found the problem I uninstalled java and download it again i went to 1.7.10 and it works perfectly now its running 250fps solid i guess that was the problem but no im not running no background programs or anything
