Since the video card ABOVE will not play GTA V without Jerking and Stuttering and Pausing then what is the next upgrade Video card that will play it?

Can I play this $50 game with a vid Card under $275?

My gtx 650 plays GTA V better than that. Are you sure the problem is in the gtx 760? What are your full specs also are you experiencing overheating?

MY CPU is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz

so combined with my Video card do you, or others, still feel my system sgould easily run GTA V?
