Will the Asus H110I-PLUS work with the 7700 out of the box? Thanks in advance!

You will need bios level 3016 which was released 1/2017.

All motherboards are made with a then current bios.
Unless you have very old stock, you will be ok.

If you have the serial number from the box, you can probably find out when it was made.
I would not worry much.
