Hello.
Yesterday I updated my h110 motherboard bios to the latest version.
I then restored bios defaults, it showed that it will change intelsgx from disabled to software controlled.
I apply it, and now the motherboard has no beep and nothing shows on the screen, but the fans and lights work.
The mobo beeps when i remove the ram stick.
I tried to clear cmos but that didn't help.

Please help.

Motherboard asus h110m-a
Cpu i3 6100
Gpu asus rog rx 470

How did you try to clear the CMOS? You should remove the CMOS battery for at least 15 mins before replacing it. It's always a good idea to have the settings of your current BIOS on a sheet of paper in case you're doing a BIOS update. Often times the BIOS layout in itself has changed and some settings have been rearranged or labelled differently.

Thanks for your reply.
I tried to remove the battery but it didn't work.
Do you know if the i3 6100 has a problem with the intel sgx?
Because I think that the problem is related to the Cpu.

The Software Controlled setting in the BIOS allows OEMs to ship systems with support for Intel SGX in a ready state, where it can be activated via software (this is the software opt-in).

Since you clearly don't have the above software you need to explicitly set Intel SGX to Disabled if the BIOS provides this option. The easiest way to do this is likely by clearing the CMOS. Be sure to disconnect the AC power before clearing the CMOS.

-or-

Flash a new BIOS image to the device, which resets Intel SGX support in the BIOS to the default state (either Disabled or Software Controlled, depending on the BIOS provider).

Thanks for your reply.
The problem is taht i cant enter the bios.
I think that asus updated that setting to software controlled for suppoted 7th generation cpus.
I have a 6th gen one, which as far as i know doesn't support sgx.
Do youbthink if tried a 7th gen cpu i will be able to enter the bios and change that setting?
