ASUS H170 Pro Gaming motherboard solid red DRAM LIGHT

I'm working on my first build, using the Asus H170 Pro Gaming motherboard and the ram light shows solid redd whenever I attempt to start it. I don't ever reach a bios screen or anything. I'm using hyperx Fury 2x4GB 288 pin ddr4 with a speed of 2133, which I believe to be compatible. What mght the issue be?

I've swapped sticks around in several combinations, as well as using only a single stick at a time, and the ram is inserted correctly and completely from what I can tell. I'm new to PC building, so I might be missing something obvious, but how do I reset bios without being able to boot with any display?

Try to talk with Asus Company or from where did you buy it as that could be wiring faulty.
