I'm planning to upgrade my RAM from 8GB to G-Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8GB).
And im not sure if my current mobo support DIMM and will not gain significant improvement on my system.
Should i also upgrade my Mobo? or H310 is fine?

Check the asus site, you know the answer, yes, it does.

What cpu did you have? If it is non-k version, you don't need to upgrade the MB.
Alright, im just afraid that there's only specific ram modules, speed or brand that supports dimm on my board. Because i checked the memory support list on asus website i saw a gray dot and green dot and i dont know what does it mean.

DIMM stands for Dual In-line Memory Module. That is just a generic name and yes, your motherboard supports that kind of memory.

Typically, we need a part number to check the specific ram modules but, yes, that one is specified in the QVL (Qualified Vendors List) but only at 3200GHz. I looked up one part number that matches with the name you gave.
