Question ASUS H570 Prime won't display, plus USB issue ?

I just got new pc components (cpu ram mobo M.2 and sata drives) and when i put it all together and turned it on the fans spun and the lights worked just theres no display or USB (NOTE: the usb ports give power but it wont transmit data EX: my xbox controller will power on using USB but my keyboard wont) ive tried the following

• Reseating the ram
• Clearning the BIOS
• taking out the CMOS battery
• Re seating the CPU
• had nothing plugged in and trying just with the cpu and ram

im thinking of flashing the bios mabe that would help im not sure though im about to give up and sell the parts

GPU rx580 4gb

ram TFORCE eliete 16 GB

storage 2x sandisk 125GB 1x 256 westen digital PCIE M.2

PSU evga supernova G3 750

cpu cooler Gamidas Chione P2 360R AIO

case lian li lan cool 2 rgb

Where you plugging video cable? Get the obvious out the way. Motherboard video ports won't work with that processor having no igpu and gpu would disable it anyway even if it did. Video cable goes to the graphics card.

There any debug leds indicating problem?

Make sure the cpu fan and hard drive are properly plugged. Use a different drive if possible.....
