[SOLVED] Asus H81i-plus and i5-4690k

Anyone know what bios update lets you use a i5-4690k in an Asus h81i plus?
I’ve read that it’s anything passed 2001 and I also read that that was wrong.
I’m having trouble getting mine to boot. I don’t even get to bios.
Hoping it’s not my cpu.

BIOS has to be at least 2001 or later.
