Asus H81M-D restart loop (less than 5 seconds)

I have an Asus H81M-D that does not work. All it does when I attempt to power on is turn back off and on over and over again.

Before, the original problem was the power supply that "exploded/shorted." I have tried to use different power supplies, but to no avail.

The MoBo has and Intel i3 4th gen in it
4GB RAM

If your power supply exploded, it may have damaged the motherboard. Did you see it happen?
