(new build 45 days old)This morning I got a strange sound "only once" so I decided to do a system check. Everything looks fine checked all the connections, all fans working. Stock CPU fan on i5 4330 Not Overclocked.

Had not run HWMonitor since building and the Mainboard is showing a Temp of 115c/239f.

The CPU is 31c and all other temps appear fine.

Side note.. Speccy shows a Motherboard temp of only 28c (not sure if they are pulling the info from the correct sensor}

ASUS website says the mainboard monitor is placed near the memory and can therefore give higher readings.

But before I move on; assume HWMonitor is wrong and Speccy is right, thought I would check in here for any additional thoughts

Solution
I will go head to try other one, but I am sure the hwmonitor is wrong, you can read that those softwares read the funny temp sometime.
If you want and try this "core temp". http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
