Asus H87M-PLUS memory compatibility

Hi,

i'm thinking about buying new motherboard and friend recommended me one from ASUS which I quite like, this model:

ASUS H87M-PLUS

there was one thing which i couldnt find a proper answer for. I checked their website for which memory does this motherboard support, but couldnt find Transcend 4GB DDR3 1333 DIMM CL9 anywhere. I can see 8GB and even 2GB ones there as supported, but no 4GB ones at all.

So my question would be, does anyone know for sure if ASUS H87M-PLUS motherboard supports TRANSCEND 4GB DDR3 memory sticks?

It's not really on a per model basis but by type. Here is your motherboard:

The memory specs say:

Number of Memory Slots = 4×240pin
Memory Standard = DDR3 1600/1333/1066
Maximum Memory Supported = 32GB
Channel Supported = Dual Channel

So just make sure your RAM is 240 pin DDR3 1600/1333/1066 and not more than 32GB.
