Question Asus H97I-PLUS PWR Switch issue

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Asus H97I-PLUS in which it wont start, I have an i7 CPU with heat sink, both RAM slots filled and a GTX 1050 Ti, I checked that everything is properly connected, when I turn on the power supply, the power LED of the MOBO turns on green, but when I press the On switch from the case it wont start. My front panel connectors are connected as follows: POWER LED +, POWER LED -, POWER SW
I am not sure what I am doing wrong

According to your manual, page 1-19, the pins look about right though another angle of the board and pins you've connected would help us two fold. Also, please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

including the make and model of the PSU, not just it's wattage(and it's age).
