Asus H97M-PLUS vs MSI Z97 Gaming 3

I have the opportunity to buy one of these motherboards at the same price. (Asus H97M-PLUS and MSI Z97 Gaming 3) Which one will do better with i7 4790 ? (non k)

the asus one since its h97 which means it cant oc you cpu, and you said no K version so it would be best. Although i would strongly recommend getting the K version and get something like the asus vi ranger.
