Have you tried all ports? Did you install usb 3 drivers?

What OS are you using?

What USB ports are you using (USB 2.0/3.0 etc)?

Are your mouse and keyboard working?

Sorry I mean H87M-PRO.
I RUN Win 7.
Yes, Mouse and Keyboard working.
I Used USB 2.0 and 3.0 Front as back.

For mouse/keyboard I use 2.0 ports.

Test the working ports but also check to make sure you have the latest USB 3.0 drivers from Intel:

Nothing, I installed that driver, IT can see the USB-sticks, in Device Manager...

What about Disk Management? Can you see the USB drives there?

If you can see it there it sounds like it is working but for some reason it is not assigning a drive letter. If you right click on the partition of the USB drive can you assign it a drive letter?
