ASUS HD7870 or MSI R7850 twin frozr i3 3220 Bottleneck?

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my HD 6950 and have the option to buy either a:

asus hd 7870 2gb ddr5
Or
msi r7850 twin frozr 2gd5/oc

I'm also using these with an i3 3220.

What do you recommend as the best one.

7870 of course. don't think there will be much of bottleneck but it seems some games really need quad cores instead of dual.
