Asus Hero or Formula?

I just wanted to know which motherboard is better, the Asus Maximus VI Hero or the Asus Maximus VI Formula. And which one would be better for my Gaming pc
CPU-Intel i5 4690k
GPU- Gigabyte GTX 970 Windforce OC
RAM-4 gb DDR3 (but will upgrade to 8gb)
HD-1 Terrabyte
PSU-750 Watt

In part depends on your plans for the rig - a big reason for the price difference is that the Formula comes with a built in water block so if planning a full Water cooling setup, it can end up saving you there, otherwise, on a pure performance level they are near same, I went w/ the Hero (in sig) and don't regret it for a minute
