Question Asus Hero VI BIOS update not working

Currently I'm using Ryzen 5 1600X with Asus Hero VI x370 motherboard. i want to upgrade to Ryzen 7 3700X and i am unable to do my BIOS update.
As soon as i select the BIOS file and click enter in BIOS Flash settings, nothing happens. everything gets frozen (stuck)
Can any one please help

Did you try with Flashback button ? Check manual how to use it.

Yes, I've tried with Flashback button, but its the same. nothing happens, BIOS is not taking the File

Are you sure you unzipped it to Fat32 formatted USB as
CROSSHAIR-VI-HERO-ASUS-7704.CAP
Or maybe rename it using ûú BIOSRenamer.exe that comes in package with BIOS file ? It should rename it to C6h.cap. I think you shooud insert USB into USB2 port.

Yes, I did like you mentioned above but the result is same. I've gone through multiple tutorials but i couldn't find a solution
