ASUS K73E-DH31 webcam

Hi:

I have a ASUS K73E-DH31. I can see that it has a webcam (top center, just above the display),and I thought I downloaded the right software (ASUS Virtual camera), but I still can't access the camera/webcam.

ASUS Virtual camera is not what you need to make your webcam work.

Your laptop's webcam should work already unless you accidentally uninstalled it's driver or application or you upgraded/downgraded the OS to an unsupported version.

Go to ASUS support website and download webcam driver and any related software, then install the downloads.
