Hi:

I just reset this laptop (I removed all the files) and I still get this error. I'm on Windows 10, 64-bit operating system, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz and 6GB RAM.

The drivers for this unit are listed here, but I don't know which one(s) is/are applicable.

I also get this error:

Thanks for stopping by.

First off, you're supposed to download drivers from the official support site for your laptop;
not a 3rd party, rather questionable site.

Second, the laptop officially supports Windows 7 and 8. If you're going to use Windows 10, you're going to have to run each installer in compatibility mode, i.e, Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility Tab>Windows X(where X is the OS version prior to the 10, from the drop down menu)

Third, you're on the latest BIOS version for your laptop?

Fourth, instead of resetting the OS, I'd have reinstalled the OS after recreating the bootable USB installer, then install the OS in offline mode(then install all relevant drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator).

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I think that I will just plug in some eternal speakers.
